Who Wore It Best: Bvlgari's "Serpenti" Necklace Edition

This "Who Wore It Best" edition is not going to be about a dresses, but about jewelry...
To be precise, necklaces. Even more specific: Bvlgari "Serpenti" necklace.

There are different versions of the brand's iconic nacklace: with the snake's tail longer or shorter, with a teardrop' shape diamon at its end, the one that has to be worn on the back.
Celebrities loves sparkle, so here's a few of them wearing the same neckalce.
Check them out!

Actress Zhang Ziyi wore the necklace while attending the Bulgari 'Stop Think Give' exhibition preview and cocktail in Rome, back in 2012 while actress Julianne Moore wore it at the Bulgari Celebrates Icons Of Style: The Serpenti event during Fall 2013 Fashion Week in N.Y. City.

You may have notice that the two actresses not only worn the same nacklace, but also the same purse!

Back to this year, we have socialite Poppy Delevingne, who wore the necklace with a stunning Emilio Pucci piece during the 2014 amfAR Milano Gala in September. Last (but not least) actress Kate Beckinsale that styled her Kaufmanfranco white dress with the Serpenti necklace and showed off on the red carpet ot the 2014 AMAs in last week.

You've probably seen also Carla Bruni-Sarkozy wearing this necklace in its different versions, but since she Bulgari's 2014 testimonial, I didn't put her in this #WWIB.

#TTT - Top Ten Tuesday

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke and the Bookish.
It was meant to be only for books BUT
I changed it a little bit so will be 5 books I want to read but don't own yet and 5 movies I'm planning to see PLUS it's going to be monthly not weekly.

What I've seen/ read of the previously two #TTT:
- The Maze Runner (the movie)

I've been a bit busy so I didn't had much time to read as much as I wanted to...

This month wishlist:

Cure it with Movies/Books: Bucket List

Last year I wrote about an artist who painted the side of an abandoned house (in New Orleans) with chalkboard paint and  with a grid of the sentence “Before I die I want to _______.” Anyone walking by could pick up a piece of chalk and write down her/his wish. (For the article with photos, click here).

Nearly the same topic has been used in quite a few movies, with protagonists fighting against diseases and illness and deciding to make the best of the short time they have left, doing things they thought they never would be able to do. Sometimes they started this journey alone, but then (thankfully) they find someone to share their troubles and thoughts with.

It could seems that this kind of movies are just 2 hours of complete sadness BUT not everyone are like that. In fact I made a list of movies and books where protagonists react in very differen ways.

Here's to you my picks!

Movies

The Bucket List (2007)
With a strage duo like Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman, this movie is a perfect example on not let disease control your life and in changing your opinion and beliefs. Vote: 3½/5

P.S I Love You (2007)
Hilary Swank and Gerard Butler in the movie adaptation of Cecelia Ahearn's novel is a different kind of bucket list: Gerry wants her wife to start enjoying life after his death and make a list of things she has to try.

Books

     1./2.
3.

1. Tessa is a teenage girl with leuckemia and took the brave decision to stop treatments and live what's left of her life following the list of things to do before she dies. Read here my movie review of the movie adaptation.
2. When Brett's mother suddenly dies, the only thing she left to her is a letter: before Brett takes control of the family's company, she has to complete the chilhood list she wrote when she was younger.
3. Liv Jenkins's "Before 30th birthday" bucket list is complete...the only thing she has to do is actually start doing those things...but when she dies, it's her five best friends task to do everything Liv has been unable to experience.

Kim Kardashia vs Alessandra Ambrosio

Reality star Kim Kardashian and model Alessandra Ambrosio have one thing in common. It may seems impossible and yet they both wore the same Balmain dress.
Yes, the pattern and colors are different. Kim wore it first at the 2014 MTV VMAs last August, optin for the runway model of the dress while Alessandra wore the black&white version of it yesterday, on the red carpet of the 2014 Latin Grammy Awards!

Which one you prefer? Kim's or Alessandra's choice of color?

Lily Allen vs Ella Catliff

Personally, I'm not a fan of fur in general (whether it's real or not), but this two British girls sure know how to work Shrimps faux fur coat from the London brand’s Fall 2014 collection!
Singer Lily Allen wore it for leaving Sushisamba restaurant in London after she performed for it's second anniversary party. Fashion blogger Ella Catliff was acutally the first of the two I've seen wearing it while she was in Geneva, Switzerland, last October.

Mia Wasikowska vs Olivia Palermo

Actress Mia Wasikowska wore this Valentino A/W 2014 dress for 'Maps To The Stars' photocall during the 67th Annual Cannes Film Festival last May while socialite Olivia Palermo wore the same dress during her photoshoot for the October issues of VOGUE Russia.

Basically they wore it the same way, except for Olivia's furry scarf (mandatory since it was for a Russian magazine). The only difference were the shoes: Mia's are also from Valentino while Olivia's are from her collaboration with  Aquazzura.

Movie Review: Two Night Stand

#MovieReview - 2 Night Stand on http://theteenytinytoutfaire.blogspot.it/2014/11/movie-review-two-night-stand.html
Two Night Stand (2014) by Max Nichols. With Miles TellerAnaleigh TiptonJessica Szohr and Scott Mescudi.

Do you remember early this year that amazing snow storm that hit the U.S, causing many inconveniences like closed streets and flights canceled, not mentioning other tragedies?
Well...have you ever thought how would have been like if you ended up stuck with a complete stranger, after the only time you do something "rebellious"?

I love how Miles Teller is working hard trying to make us forget his as***** character Peter (in the Divergent saga) by taking parts in commedies like this and in "That Akward Moment".
You nearly made it, Miles!

Here's the story (SPOILER ALLEART!):

Eve Hewson vs Jenna Coleman

These photos have been taken this summer in two different occasions BUT since this Christian Dior floral printed dress is from Pre-Fall 2014 I think I'm still on time!
Actress Eve Hewson (U2 Bono Vox's daughter) wore it first while attending the Film Independent screening and Q&A of ‘The Knick’ on July. She styled it with green Valentino shoes and a studded clutch.
A month later, actress Jenna Coleman wore the same dress while during her American promo tour of ‘Doctor Who’ and styled with a gold earcuff and black Manolo Blahnik sandals.
